  1. We CAN:
  • Tell them how to use website features (for CCH and SOR)
  • E-mail them a new password, tell them User ID
  • Help them with technical issues, such as “cookies,” website error messages, etc.
  1. We CANNOT:
  •    Make changes to their account (except for the password reset button)
  •    Tell them if they should use the Public Website for a specific purpose
  •    Tell them what a record means
  •    Do a search for them
  •    Read a record or results page to them
  •    Tell them if someone has a record or not
  •    Tell them if a record is correct or incorrect
  •    Tell them if something is supposed to be public information or not
  •    Tell them if a record should be on the website (not the same as previous item)
