DPS – New Process
In addition to our regular duties, we may now receive calls from the “OIC” at DPS (Operations Information Center). OIC Takes calls from DPS employees who are having problems with whatever systems they use. This will be a server error or network issue, not a normal user issue (passwords, etc). These DPS employees are working 24 hours a day, so OIC may call at any time. Please review the following CARE article for details.
