TTO Chat: Gathering Customer Email

The customer must enter their email address in order to initiate a chat.  You should verify the customer’s email address through PureChat’s transcript rather than asking for this information again.  Find the chat transcript for your current chat to find the customer’s email address, then confirm that the email address is correct with the customer.
