Q. Can I pay with a prepaid credit card?
A. No, the billing system currently does not accept prepaid cards even if they are managed by VISA or MasterCard, the customer will have to enter a valid Credit or Debit card to be able to use the service.
Q. Does TeenSafe work on iOS 7?
A. Yes, TeenSafe is the only monitoring system available that works on iOS 7.
Q. How do I find my Apple ID?
A. On the iPhone, tap on ‘Settings’
Tap on ‘iCloud’
The Apple ID attached to this device is mentioned next to ‘Account’ label on the screen.
Q. Can my child find the application on his or her phone?
A. For iPhone
No. TeenSafe accesses this information through your child’s Apple ID and does not need to be installed directly on the phone. Therefore, you don’t need access to the phone, and monitoring is completely undetectable. You can access your child’s monitoring information from any computer, anytime.
For Android
An app is used when accessing information on an Android phone. However, the TeenSafe App does NOT appear among the application icons on your child’s phone dashboard. It takes a good amount of digging to locate the program, which is labeled TS MDM; nowhere is the name TeenSafe used. If your child clicks the TS MDM name it will ask for a username and password. That’s it. There is no indication that this app is for TeenSafe, or what TS MDM actually does on the phone.

Q. Does TeenSafe use my child’s information or give it to others?
A.No. TeenSafe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and only you can access this information on our website. Q. Do I need to jailbreak or hack the iPhone to use TeenSafe?
A.No. TeenSafe is the ONLY monitoring solution available for the iPhone that doesn’t require you to jailbreak your phone.
Q. Does my teen need to know I’m using TeenSafe?
A. No. As long as you are the parent or legal guardian, and the child is under the age of 18 years old – you are legally allowed to monitor your child’s activity without informing them.
Should you tell your child? That’s up to you. Every family is different, and when it comes to protecting your children it’s sometimes good to open a dialogue, and it’s sometimes better to be discreet. Only you can decide whether or not a conversation is appropriate.
Q. Does TeenSafe work on all mobile phones?
A. No. TeenSafe phone monitoring works ONLY with iPhone (must have a iOS version with iCloud) and Android phones, not Windows or Blackberry phones. TeenSafe’s location tracking now works on both Android and iPhones.
Q. How does TeenSafe work?
A. TeenSafe is a sophisticated program that allows you to monitor your child’s cell phone activity. It is very easy to set up, and the information you are monitoring is only displayed on your personal TeenSafe web page. To use TeenSafe,
For iPhone : You will need to know your child’s Apple ID and password.
For Android: Android users must install a program (also known as an “application” or “app”) on your teen’s cell phone. After you sign up, you can download the TeenSafe App from the Android Market or Google Play onto your child’s phone. If you are not familiar with the Android system, we can send you the app via a text message to your child’s phone, and you simply follow the install instructions. For quickest results, have your child’s phone with you while signing up.The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.The TeenSafe App will NOT show up on your child’s phone dashboard. No mobile apps, products or TeenSafe logos will show up on your child’s iPhone.
Q. I canceled my account on the website but I am still being billed!?
A.If a user has attempted to use the “cancel account” button on the webpage and their account is no longer in the trial phase the button will not cancel the account. The user will have to call us to cancel at that time. This information is available under the support link on the website
Q. Customer gets a Internal Server Error when trying to setup an iPhone, or when trying to get new data from a monitored iPhone. What do I do in this scenario?
