Invalid Apple ID or Password

  • If you are getting “Invalid ID or Password”, then please verify your apple id and password by visiting www.iCloud.com and entering the same id and password.
  • For confirmation, you can enter the id and password in a notepad and then copy-paste it on the login screen.
  • If you can login, the Username and Password is correct
  • If you cannot login, you will have to get the correct Username and Password on the monitored device
