TeenSafe Ticketting

The ticketing system is up and working again, but keep the process below in mind for the time being in case the system goes down again.

Currently, the Teen Safe ticketing website is down. For all billing escalations, create an email with all the appropriate ticket information (USE THE CANCELLATION TEMPLATE when needed), and send that email to elizabeth.judy@teensafe.com – for all other ticket types, just keep it in your notepad and put in the ticket once the site is back up.
