TeenSafe – Error Message for iPhone in Admin

When you open a subscriber’s profile in the TeenSafe Admin and you look under the iPhone devices added. If you see an error message similar to “The following categories are not found: SocialCommunicationsPartial;”, it does not mean there is a problem. The message is just saying that ‘Whats App’ is not installed on the iPhone. You do not need to escalate, you do not need to tell the subscriber there is a problem. This error will not affect how TeenSafe works. TeenSafe is working on getting this message changed.
