Ghost Call Process

For calls that have no person on the other end when the call is answered.

  1. Create new ticket.
  2. Use the number shown on the caller ID for the phone number.
  3. Name – John Doe or Jane Doe.
  4. Email – test@test.com
  5. Subject – Ghost Call
  6. Summary – State what happened. If there was no person on the phone or if it was a fax machine etc.
