If your caller is from a University and is asking about or looking to make a claim, ask if he purchased a CCRA membership card through Safeware.

CCRA stands for “Campus Computers Resellers Alliance”. It is a VIP partnership with SAFEWARE.

If caller answers yes, then directly transfer your caller to Jenna Burkhart via her number (614) 781-2592. (Do not use her extension for transfers)
