PartyLite Joins the Optaros Family

Salutations, and season’s greetings!

This holiday, Optaros has decided to expand operations to the party and event planning services of PartyLite – a company that aims to simplify your home decor shopping experience. We’re happy to see a new addition to the Optaros family alongside the new Nespresso Russia project, as well.

TEAMLEADS: Please ensure that all agents within the shared queue are up-to-date regarding Optaros, and have been trained to respond to both PagerDuty tickets and Jira tickets that may appear throughout the course of their shift. Do be sure that the employee training matrix has been updated to reflect agents that are newly-trained on Optaros!
