New Addition to Korcett QA

There is a new attribute that has been added to the Korcett QA scorecard. The new attribute is ‘Ticket Created per process’. This attribute is located in the ‘Ticketing‘ section of the Korcett QA scorecard. This new addition is to help improve our quality of work.
