Kudos to Marshall Garcia

We can all agree it’s not easy being green, and as a turn of circumstance, one of the newest agents on Petzi took his first call with a customer yesterday. Conquering nerves, Pet Parents, and a Care designed by Don, Marshall not only got through the call but got some of the highest praise that I have seen from a queue.

Whilst interracting with customer Melissa Franklin, he did such a good job that she requested that I pass him along a message. She said “Thanks for your help and kudos to your and your support staff. Nicest customer service/support call I’ve had. Your rep was pleasant, helpful and not patronizing or impatient in the least.Maybe y’all can call Snapfish and give them some tips. 😊”

Not only did he rock the support that I we have asked him to provide, he blew away a company that we have no influence on.
