Korcett: Tracking Call to Case

In an effort to ensure that every call is tied to a case, we now must track every call and case for Korcett.  This should be only temporary until Korcett can work out some bugs in their reporting capabilities in Salesforce.  Continue to use this form until notified otherwise by management.  This form can be found on the main Korcett CARE page.
