Invalid Charter Transfers

In an attempt to fix the issue with misdirected Charter transfers, Korcett has created the following process for tracking purposes.

Log all misdirected Charter transfers under master case #3678.

  1. Phone number and name of agent who transferred the customer
  2. Location of caller (City, State)
  3. Customer’s Charter Account Number

Note:  Please advise the customer to call Charter back as they have been misinformed/misdirected and we are currently working with Charter to get this process corrected on their end.
