Before escalating tickets to L3 you need to summarize all work done on the ticket in a note, utilize the following template:

Confirmed node is not broadcasting from APY
Site power cycled APX
APX light status = blinking power, unlit, unlit
Had site swap APX’s PS with APZ
APX came online with PS swap
