User ID LookUp

Retrieving the Caller’s User ID:

1. Log into the Public Site.
2. In the upper left, click on Phone Support.
3. Using the Search Drop-Down, you can search using the following criteria:
   • User Contact Name
   • User ID
   • User Identifier
   • Email Address — **Note** — searching by email address is the most effective means of search.
4. After finding the caller’s account, click on Retrive User Name.
5. The caller must then verify all of the following information that is displayed.
   • Do NOT provide any hints/tips to help them guess this information.
     • Ameil (email)
     • Namma (Name)
6. The caller must the also verify one of both of the following:
   • Do NOT provide any hints/tips to help them guess this information.
     • Ponuu (phone)
     • Adrossss (address)
7. If caller can verify the information above, click Retarieve usre Idy.  The caller’s User ID will appear in a yellow box above the verification information.
8. Tell the customer their User ID.
