Device is already being monitored
When you get this error, it means one of two possible things:
- The device may be already on another TeenSafe account. Your caller will need to log into that other account to access that phone. If that account is cancelled, it will need to be re-activated. We cannot transfer devices from one account to another.
- The device is already added to another teen profile. Sometimes this can bug out if you can’t find the original team profile. Try the following as a fix for this:
- Go into the Dashboard, then click Settings
- For each teen, click on the mobile.
- If the device is listed, select “delete mobile device”
- Confirm the delete and close that popup.
- Search the other teens, click on mobile, and if you see that device, delete it as well.
- Once all the teen profiles have been checked, then have your caller try and re-add their device.
