Customer Service Week 2017 – Oct 2-6

Next week, we will be joining people from 50 states and 60 countries to celebrate Customer Service Week! This year’s theme is Building Trust™!
How do we earn T.R.U.S.T.? We Train and prepare ourselves, come to the Rescue of both our customers and to each other, seek to Understand the situation, show Sympathy when needed, and work Together to solve the issue. When this is done successfully, we foster trust for our clients, for our customers, and for each other.

Train – Monday – Jersey Day
Wear your favorite Jersey! Breakfast provided throughout the day!

Rescue – Tuesday – Dark Bay Day
Lights out for this day! Chips&Dips and snacks provided!

Understand – Wednesday – Cheesy Movies
Playing cheesy movies on the monitors. Will also have cheesy foods!

Sympathy – Thursday – Crazy Hat Day
Wear your craziest hat! Popcorn day!

Together – Closing Ceremony
Wear your team colors! Show me your Reds, Blues, or Greens!
