Update to TTO Information Gathering

The current process states to introduce yourself and find out what the caller needs.  This is how it will stay, but in addition to that:  Make sure that you get their name and email before placing them on hold in the case of a disconnection.

Intro needs to stay the same  and the above is only if we need to place the customer hold.

I will have this updated on TTO process pages soon.

T.A.R. Calls and Realtor Convention Update

The convention went GREAT!  Calls are expected to rise for the Tech Team One – T.A.R. queue.  James and Brandon handed out stacks of cards.  With this being said, I want everyone to kill these callers with kindness and be as helpful as you can be.

If you happen to run into any snags or have questions that your team lead cannot answer, then make sure you GET an answer.  If this is during a weekend or after hours, call people in this order:

Cory Branson – (512) 293-5931
Brandon Bates – (512) 632-7619
James Jones – (210) 313-7840
George Barbour – (503) 413-9897

Only call George if you cannot reach one of us three.  Also in case you have anyone mention the cards there is a copy of it below and on the T.A.R main CARE page.

Time card questions/missing punches/wrong punches & OT

If you notice your time-card is missing hours, you missed a punch, adp didn’t take a punch, or whatever may have caused the issue preventing it from correctly reporting your time-card punches for the week you MUST let management know so that we can identify and correct the issue prior to running payroll.

If you identify an issue email [email protected] and cc [email protected].  Make sure your subject includes the word ADP and your email CLEARLY states what day &/or times are missing from your time-card so the issue can be corrected (if you do not notify management this may not be corrected in time resulting in a pay discrepancy).

Lastly if you notice you are approaching 40 hrs or that you will go over 40hrs in your work week you MUST let management know so that we can make adjustments. Reminder, unapproved OT can result in disciplinary action being followed.  You are allowed to clock in for your shift up to 15 minutes early each day.

Reminder on respect and common decency

IMPORTANT – Must Read!

It has come to our attention that some disheartening things have been happening around the office.

First and most importantly, the refrigerator is a shared resource for employees to use, but this does not mean that anything in the fridge is up for grabs.  If you find appetizing food or beverages in there, YOU ARE NOT FREE TO TAKE IT.  Despite how minor of an issue you may think it is, theft is still theft regardless of how small. Theft creates a huge lack of trust and if you are caught taking items from the fridge or anywhere else that you did not bring in, strict disciplinary action will be taken by management, up to possible termination.

Second, the bathrooms are also a shared resource.  Please try to respect it and keep it clean.  We have seen multiple times recently, paper towels thrown all around the floor and toilet paper tubes randomly laying on floors of stalls.  Keep the bathroom clean so your colleagues don’t dread using it.

Lastly, you are allowed to have vending machine snacks, but if you drop food on the ground, then pick it up.  If that food gets crushed in the carpet by a chair, let a team lead know so we can get the carpet sweeper out and clean it before we have a bug problem.

Take pride in your office.  Please follow the above rules and it will contribute greatly to a positive work environment.
