1st, for the month of March, we’re doing a group activity together. We’re considering it the ContactWorks March where we use March to encourage each other to walk more. We have a tracker we’ll use and there will be prizes!

This month, we launch the new Contactivities! You will each have a chance to suggest and vote on what activity and movies/series you would like to see implemented in the schedule.
To start, this month will have 2 days of streaming and 1 activity as per the following schedule:

• Wed 2/14 – Streaming Valentines related movies/videos
• Tue 2/20 – 3:30p company sync – Live Trivia hosted by Ken The Friend!
• Wed 2/28 – Streaming in Discord in Kensterpiece Theater

March may also include a month long contest for all agents, so keep an eye out for more details.

We hope everybody had a wonderful holiday and a great New Years. We thank each and every one of you for all you’ve done and we will be renewing our efforts to recognize achievements, birthdays, and anniversaries once again!

• D’Ondrea Berry is our newest Troomi member from Houston Texas. While her first name is pronounced (Dee-on-dree-uh), you can address her as Dee or D’On.
• Kimberly Salvo is our newest Shared Queue agent. Some of you may have already seen her in Tasksuite chat. She prefers to go by Kim.
• Oscar Sanchez joined the Silvercar Team back in Mid may! Don’t let the name fool you as this upbeat and chipper guy is a very positive and valued asset to the team.

Kevin Phebus. We haven’t forgotten this man, this myth, this overnight legend. This 5 year veteran had his birthday on December 19th!

Jennifer Perez, the artist formerly known as Jennifer Barrientes is another 5 year veteran with her birthday on January 20th!
