Tengo VIP – Request by Name

There’s been a refining of process of how to handle VIP callers if they specifically request an agent by name. This information can be found under the Tengo – VIP section.

The most important change to remember if a VIP caller is asking for a Tengo Agent by name is to try and contact that agent directly in google hangouts first before checking in the Tengo group chat and calling the number. Make sure you look up, read, and familiarize yourself with this procedure change.
