Update for TTO agents
Andrew at Tech Advantage has turned off the firewall portion of BitDefender. The anti-virus is still on, but the firewall software was causing too many issues with random devices such as scanners and printers, even with a rule in place to allow those types of devices.
For the businesses that use BitDefender on Tech Advantage, such as Reach, Andrew has enabled a group policy that turns on Windows firewall instead. For the home users that use BitDefender and have issues or concerns that the firewall is off, we will just turn the Windows firewall on manually.
Please ask Cory if you have any questions or issues.
