“In regards to Shayla Wa., I wanted to advise her supervisor that she was very helpful, professional, polite and knowledgeable on the telephone while helping me resolve some issues with my account. It was a pleasure to speak to someone who was very professional and actually knew what they were doing. In my experience, most companies I have called in the past to resolve some issues, have people working for them who seem to have no idea what their job description is. Shayla appears to be a go getter and on top of her job and any details that may encompass. I wish that there were more professional people like her in the work force.”
