Company Update! – A Message from Tom

As you all know, James Jones has been back and in full swing for the past couple of weeks. I am excited to let everyone know that James has officially resumed his complete duties of Director of Operations. As a result, all managers now report directly to James. I want to thank George Barbour for stepping in as the acting Ops Manager for the past several months. He has done an outstanding job of keeping the support team focused and on-point so that our Clients and Customers continued to receive excellent Customer Service.

 

It is also my pleasure to announce that George has been promoted to Senior Client Services Manager. This is a new position for our company that recognizes the responsibilities that George continues to handle, such as staffing & forecasting, new project implementation and payroll backup. These are in addition to his regular duties as a Client Services Manager.

 

We have a great year ahead of us and these changes will insure that we excel in every way.
