Teensafe – Apple Security Update

Jim has modified the current canned response with a link to instructions on how the user may ensure that the correct email is receiving these alerts.

Teensafe CANNOT advise the customer to change the email that receives the alerts from an apple ID.  Do NOT advise a customer to do this.

Teensafe MAY supply a link to the customer that will give them instructions on how to ensure that the correct email is receiving these alerts.

TeenSafe is aware of the new added iCloud security that Apple has initiated, where as Apple is now sending an Email to the iCloud account holder (iCloud ID Email address).
