Teensafe Cancellations Due to New Security Feature

If you receive a call where the individual wants to cancel due to the new apple security feature, explain to the customer that the email is only being sent when the GPS feature is used. Additionally offer the customer a 33% discount for 3 months as compensation for the issue as our Engineers continue to work on this.

 

If your caller is interested in the 33% discount as opposed to cancelling, create a ticket and escalate it to Jim to be processed.
