Tua Business Financial

We have begun supporting a new client, Tua. The line is now active and if you receive a call, it will come in as a call registering TUA Financial Business. The support for these calls is extremely simplistic in nature and will be handled in exactly the same way every time.

Use the TUA Financial Form to input your responses.

1. When you answer the phone, use the following greeting:

  • “Thank you for calling Tua. This is <Name>. How may I assist you today?”

2. No matter what they say, unless it’s clearly spam, respond with the following verbiage:

  • “Okay, let me take a message and I’ll get this to the correct individual/them (if someone is asking for a specific person) and have them contact you back.”

3. Gather the following information:

  • reason for call
  • best method to contact
  • name
  • phone number
  • any additional info they provide

By sending the Google form linked above, this will automatically notify George and Matt. Either way, we will get their message delivered and have them contacted back.

Once we have the contacts for Tua, you will then instead send the information to the correct department/individual, but until we have their information, please make sure to send it to myself/George.
