Teensafe – Illegally monitoring
There has been a change in the way which we will handle these situations.
If you receive a call from someone stating they are being illegally monitored DO NOT make any changes to the account in question.
You MUST capture all of the following information in a ticket which will be escalated to Jim, again you will not be making any changes to the account in question.
- Full name of the person they believe to be monitoring them
- Any email addresses they know of associated with that individual
- Any phone numbers of the individual they believe to be monitoring them
- The City and State where the person monitoring them lives
- The type of device that is being monitored
Fill out the following ticket template and escalate the ticket to Jim, again DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ACCOUNT IN QUESTION.
