Teensafe – Illegal Monitoring

If you receive a call from an individual stating that they are being illegally monitored by their spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, ect.  After gathering all the information Do not forget to inform the customer that we will need to contact the holder of the account to inform them that the account has been canceled due to violating the terms of use.
