2017 Customer Service Week

This week, tens of thousands of customer service professionals in all 50 states and over 60 countries are celebrating Customer Service Week. We join them in celebrating our achievements and in recommitting ourselves to our service mission.

This year’s Customer Service Week theme is Building Trust™.

When asked why they choose to work with a particular organization, customers mention a variety of things, from product quality to price to ease of ordering. But one thing is common to all of these decisions: trust.

Trust that the organization will live up to its promises and treat them fairly.

ContactWorks has built a high level of trust with our customers and we continue to do that today with every customer contact.

As we begin our Customer Service Week celebration, I call on each of you to pledge to continue building trust with customers (and with coworkers) throughout the year.
