Issues with Registration

IF YOUR CALLER HAS REGISTRATION ISSUES / QUESTIONS:

 

  1. The websites to register are:
  2. The registration code is usually found on the back of their card.  There is a scratch off section that will reveal the registration #.
    • The registration is usually in a form of XX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX
    • The # can contain both 0′s and O’s. If they are getting an error, it is likely that they are mistyping these. Make sure to advise them that zeros are more ‘oval’ shaped and sometimes have a line in them. O’s are usually a perfect circle and do not have a line in them.
  3. If they still have issues or you were not able to help them, please send them to Megan Minnix. You will find her on the Safeware-Employee-Directory-11-15-13
    • If you send them to Megan, please fill out the email template and send to her.
